Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, living in Groningen has been a great experience for Lucas, in spite of the (constant) cold weather. For the past three years, Lucas has been working as a journalist for newspapers and magazines in his hometown. Working on social media editing and sales for Crowdynews is driving Lucas to a completely new industry, which is an exciting challenge. He is looking forward to start focusing on the Brazilian market when he goes back home, in the end of June.
When he’s not working or studying (International Business Communication at Hanze University) he likes to spend his time travelling, running and playing football. As it is so easy to travel around Europe, he’s already been to a few places since he arrived in January. His favorite trip was in February, when he went snowboarding in France. As there’s no snow in Brazil, he really enjoyed this ski-trip. He hopes he still has some time to travel around before he goes back home.
